2.1 Exterior
The grounds and gardens of each establishment should always be well maintained, neat and clean. Log on at Eagle Rock Guesthouse and click on the Gallery tab in the drop down menu. there you can inspect our gardens.
All signage needs to be clearly visible, both on and off property, ensuring guests are correctly guided to the appropriate entrances at all times. Additional directional signage, with lighting may be required along paths leading to annexes.

For a small establishment we know how important hygiene is to our guests, especially been in the up market suburb of Beachwood Durban North Bed and Breakfasts. Therefore no 2 guests will sleep in the same sheets or use unclean towels. We use a laundry service to do all our bedding and linen washing and have a steam cleaner to do the en suites, kitchen and dining room.
